Quality Control is the most necessary inspection control of all in cases.

       The major problem which leads to a decrease in sales was that the specifications did not include the most important factor, “What the customer required”

       Sometimes supplier will give different color of what customer want. Or put few bad quality goods  in the carton, it is late found the problem when container has been in destination.

       As the most important factor had been ignored, a few refinements had to be introduced:

1. Find the right supplier who is reliable ,and creditable.
2. Marketing had to carry out their work properly and define the customer’s specifications.
3. Make sure everything is right before order (Color, Quantity, Final sample ,Packing ,CBM)
4. Hasten the supplier timely.
5. Check the quality according to the request make before order, make sure the quantity is enough and the quality is same as sample. And make sure the packing is good for shipping.
6. Make sure everything ,then pay the balance to supplier.

NOTE: THE REQUEST FOR THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY AND PACKING ,CUSTOMER SHOULD MAKE AN PAPER REPORT TO US TO AVOID ANY MISTAKE AFTER ORDERING FROM FACTORY OR BOOTHES.

        There is two way: Way 1,  30% checking  (bulk ,container)

                                          Way 2,  100% checking (suit for small quantity), but the commision rate will be different.

        If the products does not satisfy the request make before product. We will ask the supplier to do poorly done work over again.

        For instance, all parameters for a pressure vessel should include not only the material and dimensions but operating, environmental, safety, reliability and maintainability requirements.

        To conclude, the above forms the basis from which the philosophy of Quality Assurance has evolved, and the achievement of quality or the “fitness-for-purpose” is “Quality Awareness” throughout the company.
